Aural Fixation is an informal production company, a group of friends and artists dedicated to producing immersive entertainment experiences that focus on the music, atmosphere, participation and positive energy.

Dark Dreams is a rotating-themed electronic club night started in late 2006 that focuses on subculture/darker/community themes, such as Zombies, Corporate Oppression, Steampunk, fetishes, tribal connections, cultural memes, etc.  Each show has a tailored live art performance, including bondage demonstrations, fire dancers and beladi dancing.

Xeno-soniC shows are a frequent club night to highlight lighter genres and atmospheric themes, and often incoporates vendors, poi/fire dancers, live art and dance performances.

ir8prim8 entered the Missoula scene in 2006, launching Dark Dreams with his partner psymin and the help of DJ Raven. After several years of exploring the dark electro scene, ir8 has since branched out to a hybrid style that encompasses nearly all types of electronic dance music.

In 2009 things started to blow up for ir8 as the AuralFixation crew began making WAVs on the festival scene and local nightlife. He has recently opened for acts such as Kraddy, Bluetech, MiMosa, Big Gigantic and Ana Sia, and during the 2010 festival season had appearances at Love Your Mother Earth, Esthetic Evolution, Synergy, Burning Man, SHINE 2010 and more.

Known as "the A to Z DJ", ir8 has embraced a signature sound called ravestep which incorporates the most banging elements of electro house, dubstep, hard dance, tech and world music.

HAuLi² joined ir8prim8 as a partner in Auralfixation in 2007 and has honed her signature hybrid melodic power sound from acidic and basic elements of many harder electronic genres.

Favored aspects from industrial, aggrotech, electro, powernoise, psytrance, tribal, glitch, EBM and bounce all make their way into her vigorous sets. She appeared at Love Your Mother Earth, Synergy, SHINE and has worked with several other crews in Missoula.

Most recently, she co-produced Disco Bloodbath with her business partners and the BassFace Krew. Event designer, turntablist and industrial crowd flogger, HAuLi brings hard hitting fun to the Missoula nightlife staple Dark Dreams as one of the resident DJs.
